Studio Manager

Every rental at 1605 studio includes the presence of a dedicated studio manager to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience. As part of our service, the studio manager is on hand to answer any questions you may have about the space, provide technical support, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. From set up to tear down, they will help ensure that everything runs seamlessly, allowing you to focus on your production or event.

PArking

1605 HQ offers hassle-free parking with 10 free parking spaces right in front of the building, plus 2 additional spots inside the gated area, which opens automatically for easy entry. Additionally, there is ample extra parking available in the surrounding industrial area. For productions and events requiring large equipment, the ground floor features a spacious roll-up door, ensuring effortless loading and unloading

Equipment

1605 HQ is a fully equipped studio, designed to provide everything needed for a seamless creative process. Included in every rental are essential tools such as various grips and support, extension cables, a smoke machine, steamer, hand blower, small space heater, ironing station, clamps, sandbags, and moveable mirror boards. Furniture and ladders are also available to assist with set design and styling.

For those needing additional equipment, we offer continuous lighting for rent, including Aputure lights (1200D, 600D, 300D, 120D), as well as backdrops in 10 different colors. Further gear can be arranged through our local rental partner.

Rules

To ensure a professional and well-maintained environment, we ask all guests to follow a few basic house rules. Treat the studio with care, respect the booked time, and keep food and drinks away from equipment. Smoking, pets, and the use of glitter or confetti are not allowed. Before leaving, please turn off all lights and equipment as outlined in the checklist.
